How we handle complaints
    Please only fill in this form for Member-related complaints. If you
    are not a Member and need to make a complaint, Please contact the relevant teams outlined in our guide to handling your complaint.

    Prior to raising a complaint please ensure that you have reviewed our
    Terms & Conditions and Member-Protection-Pledge.

    If you have a general enquiry please contact our Member Services Team.

    We will respond to your complaint within 3-5 working days. Sometimes
    issues take longer to resolve. If this is the case, we’ll let you know.

    Please note that if Copart does not uphold your complaint, you will still be
    liable for any applicable storage charges.
