To book a collection appointment, you must download our Transportation App and register with your email address. Once you are set up, you can pre-book a collection date and time for your vehicle.
All collections must be pre-booked via the app. This enables us to prepare for your upcoming appointment, so you don’t need to wait, in addition to keeping you and our Copart teammates safe.
Important notice – if you identify that the vehicle is not as described, or you believe may have sustained additional damage while in our possession, this must be reported at the point of delivery or collection, in line with our Member Protection Pledge.
We will be unable to assist with any discrepancies identified after the vehicle has been delivered or left our premises. Please see the Member Protection Pledge for more information.
What do I need to collect my vehicle?
Upon arrival, you will need to mark yourself as “arrived” on the Transportation App. The gate marshal will show you where to park. Please ensure you have a high-visibility jacket.
The loader will then collect the vehicle and bring it to your location.
Please note that all vehicles must be loaded onto another vehicle to be collected or towed with professional towing equipment or a solid tow bar and cannot be driven out of our Operation Centres.
