Registration Documents and Costs

To become a Copart Member the registration fee is £100 for 12 months. We will require photographic identification and, in some instances, other supporting documents.

We will contact you if we require any additional information.

  • Should you wish to become a bidder, you will need to upload some identification documents. These include one of the following:
  • Please note – it takes up to 48 hours for us to activate your account on receipt of the correct documents.

List A – If you are an Individual Buyer based in the UK
Showing full name, photograph and DOB.

 

Valid passport
Valid photocard driving licence (full or provisional)
EU member state ID card
Northern Ireland Electoral ID card
Shotgun/firearms licence

List B – If you are a Business or Overseas Buyer

This is in addition to the document from list A – showing full name and a full postal address. These should be dated within the last 3 months.

Bank/building society/insurance company statement
Mortgage statement
Council tax statement
Utility bill
Telephone bill
