Why Can’t I Use My Account?

Your Member Account must be active to bid and buy.  

If you are a new Member and have not received confirmation that your account is now active, please telephone the Member Services Team if you have been waiting more than two working days after submitting your documents and paying for your membership fee.  

If you have not renewed your membership, please log in to your account to pay. If you are not a new Member, please contact our Member Services Team who can discuss this with you.  

If you are trying to bid on a CAT B vehicle and you do not have the required licences, please see our “CAT B Information” page on our website.
