Normally we ask you to allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays) after receipt of the correct documentation. You will receive an email when your Member account is active.
Express Registration
With Express Registration we will activate your Member account within 2 business hours. Where you have selected Express Registration past 3pm, we will activate your Member account before the following day’s live auction. This is under the condition of receiving your correct documents, a successful verification process and payment of £8.50 to be able to bid and win vehicles within 2 hours.
If any checks fail, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise of this and may require a further piece of information as per our verification process.
To use Express Registration please contact The Member Services Team on 01234 765459 Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays) and they will be able to take your payment over the phone (debit or credit card) and guide you through the process.
If you’re a UK Individual Buyer, you may be activated much quicker due to our auto-verification process. You will receive an email if auto-verification has been successful.
