How do I change my account details?
To update contact information, modify your preferences, edit your password or download forms, go to your My Account page.
If you would like to edit other account details, please email Member Services and include the following details:
- To change your physical address– provide a bill or letter which includes your name and the new address (this must be dated within the last 3 months – see examples in List B (under “Registration Documents and Costs”).
- To change your account name– provide a scanned copy of your photographic ID and a deed poll certification document.
- To change your account from Individual to Business – provide a bill or letter which includes your name and the new address (this must be dated within the last 3 months – see examples in List B (under “Registration Documents and Costs”).
- Please note – We cannot change a business account to an individual account.
